The aim of this project is to develop a new model for the methodological study of creativity. A central starting point is that this study should focus on processes, not on products. The model will be based on a combination of a contextual approach to problem solving and some recent results on adaptive logics. The model should not only enable one to analyze and evaluate concrete creative processes, but also to design guidelines for the solution of ill-defined problems.
